Editorial Policies

Focus and Scope

All articles must be typewritten, including quotations and notes, in double spacing.
Notes should be numbered consecutively and assembled at the end of the text.
Authors are encouraged to provide, in addition to the formatted, hard copy print outs of their
manuscript, a CD containing a copy of the file(s).
Papers should be submitted in .doc (.docx) format and submitted by E-mail
(giovanni.uggeri@gmail.com).
Please observe the following indications for notes and bibliography:
Ancient authors in plain text and titles in italics.
Modern authors in SMALL CAPITALS.
Titles of articles and books in italics.
Journals in plain text between double quotation marks, volume in Roman numerals, year in Ara -
bic numerals in brackets.
Series in plain text in brackets.
Loans from other languages in italics.
Use semi-colons for two subsequent titles.
Reference to figures in italics in brackets (Fig. 1).
Please number the illustrations consecutively and send them to the Editor along with the typescript.
JAT publishes articles in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
Authors are asked to write a summary, which will be published only in English.
The Editor wishes it to be known that the publication of a paper does not necessarily imply
that he himself accepts the views and opinions expressed in it.

Terms of Use

  1. For the period of the subscription Libreria già Nardecchia grants to the Customers the non-exclusive, non-transferable right which may not be sub-let.
  2. The site content available to customers only in the form of a PDF format file can be downloaded accessing the site either by the access codes (username/password), or through IP address identificacion.
  3. The contracting parties (Libreria già Nardecchia and customers) agree that materials subject of these Conditions are copyright-protected in Libreria già Nardecchia’s favour. The customers receive right of use and access in accordance with copyright laws; these rights may only be enjoyed for the period of validity of the subscription, or the occasional purchase. All documents, images, databases, softwares and other material in the site are under intellectual and industrial property rights. Every action reserved to the rightsholder made without his/her legal authorization will be persecuted. For this reason, use and access to those materials are only allowed to the extent expressly permitted by these Conditions.
  4. Access rights for the Customers only apply to IP addresses or user names/passwords registered. Customers can obtain furthermore access rights for additional authentication processes, or other rights, by express agreement with Libreria già Nardecchia.
  5. In case of access by IP addresses, customers are allowed to use and let public use, for customers like public library, university, etc. materials subject of these Conditions via computer work-stations within the Customers physical premises, identifiable by IP addresses or by customers property. Beyond this, the Customers are not permitted to reproduce the subject of these Conditions or to make it available to the publice to the public.
